HIGHLIGHTS: Benchmarking Activity Between Cotabato Regional and Medical Center (CRMC) and UP Manila Research Grants Administration Office (UPM-RGAO)

The Cotabato Regional and Medical Center (CRMC) is in the process of establishing its own Research Institute (RI) to institutionalize hospital research and align with its vision of becoming the center of health research in BARMM and Central Mindanao. CRMC is conducting a benchmarking activity with UP Manila Research Grants Administration Office (UPM-RGAO) to observe and learn from their strategies and best practices in managing research projects.

The OVCR conducted a benchmarking session at the UPD OVCR Office of Extension Coordination (OEC), marking a significant milestone in OVCR's journey towards becoming OVCRE and fostering closer ties between research and extension.

We extend our gratitude to Vice Chancellor for Research and Development, Dr. Carl Michael F. Odulio, OEC Director, Dr. Eden May B. Dela Peña, and the OEC Staff for their warm welcome to the UPM OVCR.

The OVCR University Research Executive Council (UREC) gathered for their monthly meeting to discuss upcoming events and process improvements within OVCR.

UREC includes Associate Deans for Research and Research Coordinators from various colleges in UP Manila, working together to advance our research initiatives.
